The Realms of the Spirit

Napoleon Bonaparte is acknowledged as one of the greatest military commanders and tacticians the world has ever known. Napoleon's words have had great implications on armies throughout the world. Spirit is often defined as the vital essence or animating force in living organisms, especially man and is often considered divine in origin. Yes, indeed the "Spirit" carries with it great potential and great power as Napoleon duly noted.
Keeping this in mind perhaps, might be illuminating to set the Time Machine Controls and go back in time to "visit" with some of the outstanding individuals who have through their actions demonstrated contact with this "Spirit". These individuals are often seen as inspired, i.e. "in the spirit" and are often associated with religious beliefs. These individuals stand apart, bridges if you will to another world of experience, beyond the physical.
It is not our intention to make a statement about religion or God. I believe much the same as Ralph Waldo Emerson so elegantly expressed: "God enters by a private door into every individual".
