Although Paypal is not responsible for these fraudulent e-mails we no longer wish to subject our customers to this increasing security risk. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause to our loyal customers. We will continue to accept Visa and Mastercard payments, International Money Orders and Personal Checks drawn on American Banks.
